In this study participants will receive injections of either an investigational treatment or placebo (a dummy drug) for just over 2 years. Injections will be given at the start of the study, after one month and then every 12 weeks. Participants will need to come to the clinic about 16 times during the study and each visit will last 1 - 1^1/2 hours.
